Adult Comfort Living Housing Foundation is dedicated to helping people regain their lives back after incarceration and once again become functioning members of society.

We are committed to cutting down the over all population in the State of Michigan prison's thus reducing the annual cost the state of Michigan pays per inmate. Recent studies show the State of Michigan spends more on prisons than it does on Universities.

Michigan's annual prison budget is $1.9 billion (about 1/5 of the general fund) but would be closer to $1.4 billion if the state's incarceration rate wasn't 40% higher than that of its neighboring states that have larger populations.
